Office Administrator (6 month fixed term contract)
This role sits within the Investor Relations team of MS Amlin Investment Management Limited (MS AIML).
MS AIML is the regulated investment management company of the MS Amlin brand (MSA). MSA is wholly owned by the MS&AD Group.
The investment clients of MS AIML include MSA companies and others in the wider MS&AD group.
About The Job
Accountable to the Investor Relations Manager. This role works in collaboration with the MS Amlin Investment Management Limited (AIML) team to ensure high level investor satisfaction.
What you’ll spend your time doing:
Investor Relations
Responsible for providing administration and coordination support. The Office Administrator will assist with investor communication and stakeholder management, to ensure a high level of client satisfaction with services provided by AIML.
- Support Investor Relations initiatives and client relationship management activities
- Update and maintain Client Query & Action Database on SharePoint and the creation of summary reports
- Support Internal Communication on Investor Relations SharePoint site
- Support the preparation of reporting for Client Service Forums, Investment Committee and other forums
- Support the preparation of client SLA and KPI monitoring and reporting
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions
People
- Collaborate with the Investor Relations Manager, the wider AIML team, stakeholders and clients to ensure that ongoing Investor Relations activity is carried out to a high standard
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and fully understand client needs to provide good quality advice and ensure high investor satisfaction
- Build trust and understanding with new clients, assisting them through change and onboarding processes
- Ensure key stakeholders understand the purpose and context of your role within AIML and the MS&AD Group

What you’ll need:
For this particular role there are some important qualifications and experience we need you to have. These include:
- 3+ years’ administration experience in the financial services industry
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint and diary management
- We offer the opportunity to attain the Investment Management Certificate (IMC)

- Performance Related Discretionary Bonus
- Holiday: 28 days core annual leave, and you can buy up to 5 days
- Pension: A minimum 2% employee contribution plus 7% MS Amlin contribution (9%) up to a maximum of 5% employee contribution plus 13% MS Amlin contribution (18%)
