About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure Operations, this role leads the delivery of security products and associated technology services, ensuring compliance with Amlin Business Services governance, security standards, and operational excellence. The role will manage partner technical teams and internal stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality solutions within agreed timelines and budgets and will work with: CISO, CTO, Architecture, and Infosys Delivery Leads.

What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing

  • Delivery of all security-related products and services within the ABS framework.
  • Oversight of Partner tech teams and coordination with internal architecture, infrastructure, and product teams.
  • Responsibility for governance, compliance, and assurance activities across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Own end-to-end Operations of security products and services.
  • Ensure adherence to ABS governance and reporting standards.
  • Drive delivery planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Embed ABS security controls into design and delivery processes.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal security standards.
  • Lead partner support teams, ensuring clarity of roles and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to align delivery with strategic objectives.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimisation.
  • Track and report on KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans.

What Can You Expect From Us?

  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Performance Related Discretionary Bonus
  • Holiday: 28 days core annual leave, and you can buy up to 5 days
  • Pension: A minimum 2% employee contribution plus 7% MS Amlin contribution (9%) up to a maximum of 5% employee contribution plus 13% MS Amlin contribution (18%)
