  • Participate in and lead where required core risk management activities, including risk identification, monitoring and reporting, while supporting the business in establishing and maintaining an effective control environment.
  • Investigate and track risk events through to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Contribute to the integrated assurance plan by supporting Deep Dives and developing risk opinions across a broad range of risk areas and departments.
  • Attend operational and project meetings to provide risk management advice, challenge and support to business stakeholders.

  • Prepare clear, concise, and impactful risk reporting for Senior Management and Committees.
  • Champion and embed a strong culture of risk awareness across the organisation.
  • Support delivery of the Risk & Compliance Knowledge Management pillar by raising awareness of risk‑management topics across the organisation and within the team.
  • Support 2nd‑line functional objectives by working collaboratively across pillars to achieve shared goals, including participation in away‑day activities, team meetings and inter‑departmental projects.
