Role: DCA Assurance Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual with a strong working knowledge and understanding of the contractual and due diligence requirements for a top quartile Lloyd\βs delegated claims authority partner.
Working in an open, transparent and collaborative team, this role will be critical in ensuring all regulatory requirements are met; all risks associated with delegated authority are minimised and, our delegated claims authority partners are aligned to our core claims vision β to deliver \βA claims service you can TRUST.\β

What you\βll spend your time doing:
Claims Delegated Authority Assurance
Collaborating with both our onshore and offshore colleagues, supporting the pre inception due diligence end to end process, ensuring all appropriate standards and expectations are met, documented, and signed off
Ensuring all delegated authority partners are provided with up-to-date contractual requirements, clearly setting out our expectations
Responsibility for the annual renewal of all our delegated authority partners, ensuring all issues and concerns raised in advance of the renewal
Providing technical support and guidance for our Delegated Claims Authority team members
Supporting training and process reviews, both onshore and offshore, as and when required
Providing technical support to the team, as well as proactively looking for opportunities to enhance, standardise or streamline our process and procedures
Claims Delegated Authority Framework
Ensuring our Claims Delegated Authority processes and policy are adhered to with all relevant breaches and issues escalated as appropriate
Providing all relevant MS Amlin delegated committees and forums with timely updates and where appropriate, recommendations
Supporting as and when appropriate, with the provision of any information required for regulatory purposes
Collaboration with our delegated authority team to embed and promote our \βone team\β culture, with aligned objectives and deliverables
Loss Fund Controls
Oversight and control of our pre inception loss fund process, ensuring appropriate alignment with our strategic adoption of the Faster Claims Payments (FCP) model
Provision of relevant loss fund reports and metrics for internal reporting purposes β extended to but not limited to the Delegated Authority Committee, Delegated Claims Authority Forum and, quarterly Board reporting
Market Awareness
As and when appropriate, active participation in appropriate market meetings and forums on assurance and loss funds to include, the FCP market user group. Thereafter, ensuring all internal stakeholders are kept up to date with market developments and news

What you\βll need:
A minimum of 3 years\β experience working with delegated claims authority partners, focusing on due diligence and assurance
Have a good understanding of local regulatory requirements across all core territories, including the UK, Europe, US, Australia and New Zealand
Foundation technical knowledge of what it takes to be signed off by Lloyd\βs as a delegated claims authority partner
Have experience with engaging with stakeholders, clearly and collaboratively, to address gaps or issues with due diligence requirements
Ideally, have experience of working with and managing offshore partners
Can demonstrate excellent and effective communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage expectations
