What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing

  • Manage and maintain the organisation's AI Use Case Portfolio, ensuring new AI opportunities are assessed, tracked, prioritised and progressed through the appropriate governance and delivery processes.
  • Coordinate the intake, review and prioritisation of AI ideas, working with stakeholders to understand business problems, challenge assumptions, assess potential value and help determine the most appropriate solution approach.
  • Support the operation of the AI Centre of Enablement by organising governance forums, preparing meeting materials, tracking decisions, maintaining action logs and ensuring agreed activities are followed through to completion.
  • Develop and maintain reporting on AI activity, including adoption, usage, business value, benefits realisation, key performance indicators and portfolio progress for leadership stakeholders.
  • Work with business and technology teams to define use cases, document requirements, capture expected benefits and support the development of business cases for new AI initiatives.
  • Help create and maintain AI standards, templates, guidance material, assessment forms, governance artefacts and reusable assets that support the safe and effective adoption of AI across the organisation.

You’re Going To Enjoy This Job If You…

  • Enjoy working with both business and technical stakeholders to solve problems and turn ideas into practical outcomes.
  • Like bringing structure, organisation and governance to fast-moving and evolving areas of technology.
  • Are naturally curious and enjoy learning about emerging technologies, while focusing on the business value they can deliver.
  • Enjoy challenging ideas constructively and asking the right questions to ensure effort is focused on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Take pride in producing high-quality reports, presentations, governance packs and stakeholder communications.
  • Want to help build and mature a new organisational capability from the ground up and play a visible role in its success.

What We Need From You

  • Experience in either a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Change Management, Portfolio Management, PMO or similar role, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with experience coordinating meetings, governance activities, reporting processes and delivery initiatives.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities, challenge requirements constructively and help stakeholders define measurable outcomes and benefits.
  • Experience producing management information, dashboards, key performance indicators, reporting packs or portfolio reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Hands on experience of working with artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with the ability to understand technical concepts and discuss them confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Performance Related Discretionary Bonus
  • Holiday: 28 days core annual leave, and you can buy up to 5 days

We commit to continuing our work towards a more diverse and inclusive future by recognising that our business, our teams and every colleague has a part to play in driving the positive change we all want to see.
