Job Title: Office / Accounts Administrator Location: Pontypridd Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Type: Full-time (39 hrs)/ Part-time (preferably a min of 30 hrs over 5 days) About our client: A well-established company in the construction industry, committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. My client is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office / Accounts Administrator to join their team and support the smooth running of the office operations. Job Responsibilities will include the below – General office administration, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Managing and maintaining company records, filing systems, and office supplies. Assisting with financial administration, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable. Preparing and submitting CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) payments. Assisting with payroll processing and employee expenses. Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Supporting project managers with administrative tasks such as document control and compliance paperwork. Ensuring health and safety documentation is up to date. Performing any other administrative duties as required. Key Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role within the construction industry (preferred). A strong background in accounts administration. Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage. Knowledge of CIS (desirable but not essential). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
