Their team of experts provide clients with innovative, intelligent fieldwork solutions while ensuring the highest standards, ethical and legal, are always met. They offer market research companies, CROs, government institutions, public relations, digital and creative agencies, as well as leading strategic consultancy companies the full gamut of healthcare fieldwork and linguistic services.
The position needs no experience as training will be provided although any applicants who have gained some exposure to fieldwork will be considered. The role sits in the international field team where the primary function is to identify participants in research programmes through undertaking desk research and using internal databases. Next step is to approach participants, using screener questionnaires and occasionally carrying out interviews online or over the phone. Clerical / administrative duties would be to complete internal documents with the screening question answers, schedule of information for interviews and completing adverse event reports. Full training on all elements of the role will be given prior to starting live activity.
Bilingual German and English will be essential. Strong communication skills play a large part of the role as is the ability to talk to participants, at all stages applying a professional and personal demeanour. The work is time sensitive and requires one to be calm under pressure whilst multitasking several projects simultaneously so ability to meet deadlines requires effective time management. The role does require resilience, high attention to detail along with excellent organisational, administrative and project management skills with the ability to see tasks through to the end.
