This dynamic and fast-growing research agency is hiring a Senior Research Executive to own end-to-end research projects and work closely with clients on high-impact studies in the political and social sectors.
The Role
- Manage the research process from start to finish, from drafting survey questionnaires, designing sampling frames, weighting and analysing results.
- Develop compelling outputs, including data tables, presentation decks, written reports, and blog posts.
- Use quantitative (and some qualitative) data and outputs to advise clients on strategy.
- Work with the analytics team on advanced quant, including segmentations, regressions and dimension reduction methodologies.
- Help to evolve research workflows by integrating AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Support client communications at all stages of the project.
The person
- You are likely to have 2-3 years' experience in a quant research or insight role.
- Strong quantitative research and survey analysis skills. Any experience of qual is a bonus.
- Experience of working on political or public sector market research projects, ideally including polling.
- Confident communication skills including presenting data and insights.
- Interest or experience using AI tools in a market research process.
