We're partnering with a high-growth digital consumer intelligence company that's redefining how behavioural data is collected and used to drive real business impact. As they continue to grow, they're looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to play a central role in driving the smooth delivery of their client-facing projects.
The Role
This is a brilliant opportunity to work at the heart of operations, helping to orchestrate the seamless execution of data collection and survey initiatives across the business. You'll be the connective tissue between the teams, ensuring projects run on time, within scope, and to an exceptional standard. It's a hands-on, high-impact role that offers plenty of room to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise between the different teams
- Coordinate stand-ups and cross-functional syncs
- Set up and manage survey and data collection projects
- Ensure communication and alignment across departments
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables
- Monitor progress and ensure completion
- Maintain documentation and deliver regular updates
- Manage third-party vendor relationships
- Support Sales in launching complex client projects and assist with pre-sales planning and resource scoping
- Engage with clients on requirements and timelines
- Improve internal processes and workflows
- Drive efficiency through automation and documentation
About You
- Experience in operations, project management, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- A proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and meeting tight deadlines
- Confidence navigating ambiguity and adapting in fast-moving environments
- A detail-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and process optimisation skills
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Natural organiser and problem solver
