Our client is a London-based market research fieldwork agency delivering high-quality services both in the UK and internationally. They are now looking for a Client Development Manager to lead business development and bid management. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business prospects
- Reconnect with lapsed clients through tailored outreach
- Manage a pipeline of leads from initial contact to conversion
- Lead bid responses: assess briefs, gather clarifications, and coordinate input
- Provide strategic input on costings, feasibility, and win strategy
- Collaborate with project teams on complex or high-value bids
- Track and analyse proposal outcomes and engagement metrics
- Support marketing efforts including events, campaigns, and collateral
- Maintain up-to-date records of contacts and bid progress
About You:
- 3+ years in market research or related field with sales exposure

To be considered you must live in the UK, be happy to commute to the Central London office twice a week and hold a valid UK working permit or a visa.
