Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within target accounts through proactive prospecting.
  • Build and develop new relationships to generate direct sales, while effectively managing and reactivating existing and dormant accounts.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed KPI targets, responding promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Prepare and present detailed quotations, including specifications, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent confidence on the phone.
  • Proven experience in IT hardware sales (minimum 1 year), with a good understanding of key products and solutions.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage time across multiple tasks.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capability, combined with a proactive approach to problem solving.
