The successful candidate will combine strong personal sales capability with the ability to lead and develop a small regional sales team. This is a hands-on commercial leadership role with direct responsibility for business development, strategic account management, market growth, and customer relationship management across the UK and Nordic territories.
The role requires a proactive sales leader capable of driving market share growth, strengthening customer relationships, and coordinating cross-functional support to ensure excellent customer experience and operational responsiveness.
Define and implement strategies to develop and grow business performance within the assigned territory in alignment with the wider European and global business strategy. Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer requirements, including quotations, logistics, application engineering, and quality matters.
Manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value, or representative accounts across key industries within the territory, including:
- account strategy
- account planning
- relationship management
- long-term business development
Identify and develop new business opportunities and projects in close collaboration with application engineers and other internal teams to promote suitable product solutions. Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships to support long-term commercial success. Travel regularly to customer sites, industry exhibitions, manufacturing facilities, and internal meetings as required. Manage and develop the UK & Nordic sales team.
