Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational performance across key KPIs such as OEE, OTIF, and inventory turns using data-led decision-making and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Oversee procurement and logistics to ensure continuity of supply and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Manage operational budgets and capital expenditure, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
  • Build and lead a high-performance culture, promoting accountability, safety, and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements
