They are now looking to appoint an Internal Account Manager to support and develop key customers within the Oil & Gas sector. Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for key Oil & Gas customers, building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships.
- Manage opportunities end‑to‑end, from initial enquiry through to order placement and ongoing account support.
- Maintain an accurate rolling 12‑month sales forecast and ensure all CRM data is up to date.
- Proactively engage with customers to generate RFQs and secure repeat business, working closely with engineering and internal teams to deliver commercially viable solutions.
- Identify and develop opportunities to increase customer spend, including new design wins and business transfer.
- Occasional travel will be required to support customer engagement.
- Proven account management experience, ideally within a technical or manufacturing environment.
