This role is ideal for a proactive and commercially minded individual who enjoys building customer relationships, supporting the sales process, and contributing to strong team performance. You’ll play a key role in managing customer enquiries, coordinating accounts, and helping drive consistent sales growth from within the business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, identifying and maximising sales opportunities.
- Deliver a high level of customer service while actively cross-selling relevant products and solutions.
- Support lead generation through the use of CRM systems, databases, online research, and professional networking platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer activity, quotations, and communications within the CRM.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, budgets, and forecasts as required, while processing customer orders and producing quotations through the company’s ERP system.
- A proven track record in sales or account management.
- Have the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a clear ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems would be advantageous.
