This is a senior field leadership role, not a director title, but the weight and responsibility that comes with it. I am running a search for a franchised distributor, well-regarded across Aerospace, Defence, and Industrial markets.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage a team of 10+ field sales reps across the UK and Ireland, with real accountability for performance, coaching, and development.
- Own the territory strategy end-to-end: pipeline, margin, and long-term account equity.
- Be present in the field, with your team and in front of key customers and supplier partners.
- Step in as the senior voice on major accounts and strategic conversations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in field sales and account development, with team leadership experience.
- Commercial mindset, thinking in pipeline, margin, and long-term growth, not just this month's number.
- Comfortable with regular UK and Ireland travel, as this is a field-based leadership position.
