Mrs Sourdough is an artisan bakery, patisserie, and coffee shop located in Chatham, Kent. We are known for our freshly baked sourdough loaves, handcrafted pastries, cakes, savoury treats, lunches, and coffee. We bake using traditional methods and focus on quality, authenticity, and real ingredients. Our products are made without artificial preservatives or flour improvers, and everything we do is created with passion, care, and love for proper baking. We are a small, hardworking, and friendly team, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for high-quality, handcrafted baked goods.

This is a full-time, on-site night shift Baker role at our Chatham bakery. The Baker will be responsible for preparing, kneading, shaping, and baking a variety of artisan breads, sourdough loaves, and other baked goods. Daily tasks will also include maintaining a clean and organised workspace, ensuring consistent high product standards, and working closely with the team to manage production schedules and meet daily demand. The role requires flexibility, as weekend work is included, and the successful candidate must be comfortable working as part of a small, busy, and supportive team.
