Mrs Salisbury’s Famous Tea Rooms is a very busy, family run and independent group of tea rooms/cafés in Essex, this position is at our Wickham Bishops site. We offer breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and our new dinner service launching in April. We are looking for a chef to join our kitchen team.

We’ve got an exciting position for a chef to be a crucial member in our restaurant based in Wickham Bishops. You will be working alongside the team to help prepare outstanding evening meals, Sunday lunches and preparing food for the day ahead. We get very busy so we’re looking for a candidate who isn’t too flustered in a busy kitchen and can deliver great quality food.
We’re keen to offer training and courses where necessary, and there is potential for role growth as the business evolves. You’ll be a part of our tip scheme (known as Tronc) which is shared equally between all staff, currently averaging between £2-£4 per hour. You would also have the opportunity to claim open shifts should you want some more hours.
What we would require from you:
