We are looking for an experienced Kiosk Assistant to join the team in our Coggeshall tea room. As kiosk assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, food preparation and making drinks.
Part time: working Fridays & Saturdays (Option to work Sundays too)
Responsibilities:- Greet & serve customers and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and stock the food displays
- Make drinks to a high standard – including coffee
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Barista experience
- Flexibility to work on weekends and weekdays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Paid breaks & meals on shift
