We are looking for an experienced Front of House Server to join the team in our Maldon Tea Room.
As a Front of House Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and looking after various areas of the tea room.
We are looking for somebody to work 2-3 weekdays and 1 weekend shift.
Shifts for all positions will be at least 1 weekend day and a mix of daytime and the occasional evening shifts.
It would help if you could let us know your availability so we can plan accordingly.
Please note this is a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Work areas of the tea room, to serve guests within your area
- Run food and drinks to customers efficiently
- Make coffee and other serve drinks from the bar
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the tea room
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends and weekdays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
