We are looking for an experienced Front of House Server to join the team in our Wickham Bishops. As a Front of House assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. Shifts for all positions will include at least 1 weekend day and mainly evening shifts as we are open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings as well as a new Sunday roast service. It would help if you could let us know your availability so we can plan accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Look after guests within your section
- Run food and drinks to customers efficiently
- Make coffee and other serve drinks from the bar
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the site
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with preparing desserts
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends and weekdays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
