We are on the hunt for a Kitchen Assistant to join our talented Coggeshall team.
You will be helping to prepare our breakfast and lunch dishes, as well as preparing food for the day ahead.
We get very very busy (especially over lunch time) so naturally we’re looking for a candidate who isn’t too flustered and can crack on and deliver great quality food.
You’ll have a full team of talented chefs around you and a fully functional kitchen to aid you.
We are looking for somebody who is available for at least one weekend day, but there is opportunity for additional shifts as well as extra hours during holidays.
Highlights
- Daytime shifts (with the occasional evening for pop up events)
- Working Days: 1 weekend day, plus extra available shifts during holidays

Of course you’ll be a part of our tip scheme (known as Tronc) which is shared equally between all staff.
This is currently averaging between £2-£3 per hour.
You would also have the opportunity to claim open shifts too should you want some more hours.
