We are looking for a great candidate to become a key part in our fast-growing team, in a role as a PPC Manager. The candidate will work very closely with the Head of PPC and other senior team members, focusing on the implementation, daily management and expansion of PPC accounts across a range of clients and platforms.

This opportunity is fantastic for someone very ambitious, looking to use their foundations to quickly progress and make a positive impact within the business. Ongoing development will be provided from day 1 and as the team continues to expand, so will the role, with new roles opening and the chance to quickly progress.

Key Responsibilities for the PPC Manager

  • Develop and execute data-driven media strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Maximise ROI through optimised online marketing efforts.
  • Manage client budgets effectively ensuring activity meet KPIs.
  • Oversee keyword bids, keyword strategy, budget pacing, ROAS, quality scores, and key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with a Senior PPC Manager on campaign planning and strategy.
  • Stay ahead of competitors with in-depth market analysis and strategic action.
  • Deliver clear, timely client updates through reports and meetings.
  • Drive new customer acquisition.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
  • Identify performance trends and implement data-backed improvements.

Skill Requirements for the PPC Manager

  • 3+ years of hands‑on paid media experience, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
  • KPI-driven, detail-oriented thinker with a track record of scalable campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping).
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Skilled in leveraging automated and manual bid strategies to drive results.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experienced in keyword research, bid management, competitor analysis and data-led testing.
  • Confident communicator, able to explain performance insights to clients and internally.
