MRS Digital is a fast-growing, award-winning digital marketing agency with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. As we expand our Paid Media offering, we’re looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to lead and scale this area of the business.
As our Paid Social Manager, you will take ownership of paid social strategy and execution across multiple platforms, driving performance and growth for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with our PPC team and other specialists to deliver integrated campaigns that achieve outstanding ROI.
In addition to managing campaigns, you’ll provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence in paid social.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement paid social strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and creative testing to maximise campaign performance.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers on creative assets.
- Expert knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and other major social ad platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and advanced Excel reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of creative display planning and UX/UI best practices for landing pages.
- Familiarity with broader digital channels (SEO, PPC) and how they integrate with paid social.
