We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving our own new client acquisition through strategic prospecting, lead generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will identify, engage, and nurture potential clients, driving opportunities for MRS Digital’s full suite of digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Executive:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute personalised campaigns to engage high-value prospects and drive conversion.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information, ensuring accurate tracking of outreach efforts and sales activities.
  • Conduct cold and warm outreach via email, phone, and social media to generate appointments and business opportunities.
  • Work alongside the Commercial Director to align strategies, develop proposals, and convert leads into clients.
  • Stay informed about digital marketing trends and competitive landscapes to refine sales approaches and enhance outreach effectiveness.
  • Represent MRS Digital at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and generate new business leads.

Key Skills & Experience for the Business Development Executive:

  • Proven experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role, ideally within a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC and Websites.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and personalised outreach strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Must have a proven track record of previous successes in business development, demonstrating tangible results in lead generation and sales growth.
