We are looking for an organised, proactive Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of our workplace. This role plays a key part in maintaining an efficient, safe and professional office environment that enables our team to perform at their best. You’ll be the person who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly for both our team and visiting clients. The position combines office operations, facilities management, workplace support and operational coordination across the business. This role sits at the heart of the business, helping create a workplace where our team can do their best work and where clients always experience a professional and welcoming environment. Confidentiality is of paramount importance within this position.

Key Responsibilities for the Office Manager:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office environment.
  • Maintain meeting rooms, shared spaces and equipment.
  • Harmonise meetings and client visits, ensuring a smooth and professional on-site experience.
  • Coordinate office suppliers including building maintenance and service contractors.
  • Ensure the office remains organised, well-presented and fully operational, with required safety and maintenance checks completed.
  • Proactively identify and resolve workplace issues and identify opportunities to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Workplace & Employee Support:

  • Provide a professional front-of-house experience for visitors and clients.
  • Support employees with workspace setup, general office needs and day-to-day queries.
  • Coordinate desk and equipment readiness for new starters.
  • Help maintain a positive and well-organised working environment.
  • Support internal engagement initiatives and occasional team surveys.
  • Provide light administrative support to Directors where required.
  • Assist with preparation and organisation of internal updates.

Compliance & Health & Safety:

  • Maintain office health and safety equipment, processes and documentation.
  • Support fire safety checks, office risk assessments and safety procedures.
  • Assist with ISO27001 administrative processes including asset tracking and audit preparation.

IT & Equipment Coordination:

  • Track company devices including laptops, monitors and equipment allocation.
  • Coordinate with our IT provider for support tickets and issue resolution.
  • Maintain asset records and support device setup for staff.

Culture & Workplace Experience:

  • Support employee wellbeing initiatives, charity and social engagement activities.
  • Assist with company social events, team celebrations and office initiatives.
  • Help maintain an enjoyable and collaborative workplace environment.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
  • Comfortable coordinating suppliers, staff needs and operational requests.
  • Previous office management or workplace operations experience required.
