We’re looking for a sharp, highly organised Personal Assistant, to support our Commercial Director in daily operations, with additional responsibilities in marketing coordination and sales reporting. This is a key support role in a rapidly developing digital marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone with strong PA/EA experience with a genuine marketing interest or background. This role is office based only and is also only available as a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities for the Personal Assistant
- Executive Support (Primary Focus)
- Manage inbox, calendar, and scheduling for the Commercial Director
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentation materials
- Liaise with direct reports to chase actions, gather updates, and ensure alignment on priorities
- Work closely with the internal Marketing Account Manager to identify items requiring the Commercial Director’s attention, sign-off, or strategic input
- Act as a key point of contact and gatekeeper
- Keep the Commercial Director organised and informed
- Marketing Support
- Organise and support in wider marketing events and initiatives
- Support with and/or publish social media content
- Draft and/or proof marketing copy
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content or updates
- Assist with reporting and tracking of marketing activities
- Maintain content calendars and marketing documentation
- Lead Reporting & Progress Tracking
- Maintain lead tracking reporting
- Provide regular updates on lead status and deal progress
- Follow up internally to ensure visibility and progress on open opportunities
- Assist with reporting and tracking of sales activities
Key Skills & Experience required for the Personal Assistant
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (essential)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Confident liaising across teams and following up on actions
- Familiarity with social media and basic marketing principles
- Competent with spreadsheets, CRMs, and reporting tools
