  • We’re Looking For A Digital PR & Communications Executive
  • Fleet, Hampshire
  • Hybrid working (up to 2 days WFH)

Join one of the UK’s top-performing digital agencies and help deliver marketing strategies that don’t just rank – they win awards.

We work with household names across ecommerce, fashion, automotive and more, and our results regularly get recognised on the industry stage.

As a team that embraces innovation, we’re already leading the charge with AI SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and helping shape the future of search marketing.

At MRS, you’ll be part of a collaborative, award-winning agency (and yes, as a Google Premier Partner we’re in the top 3% of agencies in the UK) – but more importantly, you’ll join a team that values experimentation, ownership and ideas that make a real difference.

This is a role for someone who can own campaigns end to end – from creative concept to measurable results – delivering coverage and links that truly move the needle.

You’ll combine creative flair with commercial awareness, crafting stories journalists can’t resist while keeping sight of the bigger SEO picture.

A natural communicator and relationship-builder, you’ll guide strategy, spark ideas and help shape how Digital PR is done – this is it.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll deliver creative, high-impact Digital PR campaigns that earn coverage, build links and drive real results – all while helping keep us ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving landscape.

Some of the things you’ll get stuck into

  • Research unique stories, trends and media opportunities
  • Write compelling press materials and pitches journalists can’t ignore
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors and influencers
  • Monitor and respond to journalist requests and media opportunities
  • Manage outreach and campaign workflows efficiently
  • Create standout, newsworthy campaigns that earn quality coverage and links
  • Track and report on coverage, links and performance
  • Use tools like Ahrefs, Buzz Stream and Prowly to find opportunities and track results
  • Collaborate with SEO, content and design teams to bring ideas to life
  • Work with clients to pitch, refine and present campaign concepts
  • Stay tuned in to the news cycle and evolving digital PR trends
  • Contribute to brainstorming and idea sessions across the wider organic team
  • What we’re looking for

You bring energy, curiosity and creativity to everything you do.

You take ownership, communicate with confidence, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You care about the craft, the results, and the people you work with – and you’re always looking for smarter, more creative ways to make an impact.

  • A creative thinker who can generate ideas independently, through research and in collaboration with others
  • Strong writing skills – able to craft punchy, persuasive copy for press releases, pitches and campaign content
  • Sharp research instincts to uncover stories, trends and data that drive standout campaigns
  • A solid understanding of SEO and how Digital PR supports broader organic performance
  • Confident presenting ideas and results to clients in an engaging, professional way
  • Comfortable reporting on performance and accountable for delivering measurable outcomes
  • Able to communicate concepts visually – whether through data, design or campaign storytelling
  • Highly organised, process-driven and used to managing multiple campaigns on the go
  • A genuine people person – positive, proactive and great to have on the team
  • Naturally curious and always exploring smarter ways to make an impact

Ideally, you’ll have around two years’ experience in Digital PR or a related role, and a degree-level education.

But more importantly, you’ll have the creativity, curiosity and communication skills to thrive in this kind of work.

If you’re confident you can bring fresh ideas, strong organisation and a results-driven mindset – even if your background isn’t a perfect match – we’d love to hear from you.

We’re not like most agencies – and we don’t want to be.

We care about the work, but we care about our people more.

You’ll be part of a genuinely supportive, close-knit team with the freedom to do your best work and the recognition when you do.

We’re collaborative, ambitious and proud to say that most of our best ideas come from the team – not the top.

Our beautiful leafy office in Fleet (with its own garden and pond!) is a far cry from grey open-plan boxes, and while we support hybrid working, we still enjoy time together in the office – sharing knowledge, solving problems and doing great work in good company.
