Chew-On-This is a fast-growing, dynamic UK-based food and beverage Group with 8 restaurant brands spanning across the UK. We are looking for a Head Chef for our quick-service restaurant, Mrs Chew's Chinese Kitchen, in Westfield London, White City, Shepherds Bush.

Who We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy, high-quality quick serving restaurant.
- Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various Southeast Asian cooking methods - wok stir-fry, steam, braise, grill, fried.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent understanding of food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Role Responsibilities:
- To ensure all mise en place are prepared in a timely manner, according to the stock preparation schedule.
- To ensure all dishes prepared, cooked and presented according to the recipes, ingredients and portion sizes based on the company standards.
- To respond to any guest complaints and issues in relation to the food standards.
- To manage all members of the kitchen and porters team.
- To train/coach the team as part of their development plan as well as identifying strengths and weaknesses and provide timely feedback to the individual.
- To manage weekly stocks, including ordering, stock rotation, and inventories and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
- Managing rotas to ensure adequate cover at all times to ensure the provision of consistent service.
