Project Manager in the tunnelling and electricity transmission sector. Working alongside major network owners and principal contractors, they provide specialist engineering and project delivery expertise on some of the country’s most technically challenging programmes. With a strong pipeline of work supporting the modernisation and expansion of the UK’s electricity network, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major underground transmission and tunnelling projects.

The Opportunity:

  • We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven background delivering tunnelling or underground infrastructure projects, ideally within the electricity transmission or utilities sector.
  • This is not a traditional construction Project Manager position.
  • The successful candidate will understand the unique challenges associated with underground cable routes, shafts, tunnels and associated civil engineering works.
