MrQ is looking for a Product Manager to join the Product team, working alongside other skilled Product Managers. You will play a crucial role in defining and driving the vision, strategy, development, and life cycle of the products handled by one of our squads, focusing on our exclusive real-money games and our daily free game for all players.

Reporting directly to the Product Lead for the Entertainment Tribe, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead product initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, leveraging Agile methodologies to deliver high-impact results.

What You Will Do

  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear Product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with Tribe engineers and stakeholders to define Product roadmaps and prioritise features development based on business value and customer feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define Product requirements, specifications, and timelines.
  • Customer Research and Validation: Conduct customer research, gather feedback, and analyse data to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for Product improvement.
  • Iterative Development: Drive the Agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Product Launch: Map dependencies and lead product launches, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of Product initiatives, ensuring tracking points are collected as part of the delivery process and iterate based on data-driven insights to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status, demos, milestones, and priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3 years+ experience in Product Management or within the iGaming Industry.
  • Gaming Industry: A strong understanding of the iGaming industry and its products, processes, as well as compliance requirements.
  • Agile Practitioner: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions, assess priorities, and approach problems with a proactive mindset.
  • Player-Centric: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Background Skills

  • Game development experience: Experience taking games from concept to go-live; comfortable collaborating with design and engineering on game design, mechanics, progression systems, game loops, and UX.
  • Experience developing habit-building features: Experience giving users reasons to return to the site daily, developing gamified free rewards, and improving the conversion funnels of these types of features and experiences.
