MrQ - we're an awesome, award winning online casino launched in 2018. We're big on tech, big on performance and most of all - big on fun. Over the years, we have experienced explosive growth - which means we need more rock stars to join our quest for total world domination. We move fast, and someone needs to own the messy middle; turning good intentions into change that actually lands across Ops and sticks.
As Continuous Improvement Manager you're the accountable owner for change across Operations intended to improve the department: intake, prioritisation, delivery, and proving it worked or taking away the learnings. You set the standard for how all of Ops plans, sequences and delivers improvement. This is a build‑it role: yours to shape. It gives you the freedom to change how an entire operation runs.
What You Will Do
- Continuous improvement: Lean / Kaizen and structured Ops CI to remove waste and lift performance, with post‑change effectiveness reviews.
- End‑to‑end change: Single accountable owner that change has landed across Ops - not just shipped, but adopted.
- Roadmap and delivery: Change intake, prioritisation and sequencing, plus the Ops project roadmap.
- Governance: The Ops changes log, change calendar and a clear RACI for every initiative.
- Change management: New processes and tools, plus automated player comms across Ops - accurate, compliant and on‑brand.
- AI rollout: Programme governance for the AI tooling rollout to track organisational change and optimisation.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Process Improvement, ideally in a regulated, fast‑moving business.
- Formal CI credentials and hands‑on delivery - Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or equivalent.
- A proven change‑management track record: you’ve led people through new processes and tools and made it stick.
- Strong programme discipline - roadmaps, RACI, prioritisation and stakeholder management are second nature.
- Comfort working solo and influencing without authority, with a data‑led, honest approach to what works.
- A passion for AI and experience with AI / tooling rollouts.
- Nice to have: iGaming / regulated experience, and familiarity with EOS / Traction.
