MrQ - we're an awesome, award winning online casino launched in 2018. We're big on tech, big on performance and most of all - big on fun. Over the years, we have experienced explosive growth - which means we need more rock stars to join our quest for total world domination. We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Player management system. PQ currently serves as the single source of truth for actionable player data, managing complex business logic, player profiles, and operational workflows for our Compliance, Operations, Fraud, and AML teams.

You will be responsible for transforming PQ from a monolithic, organically grown internal tool into a streamlined, API-first risk and segmentation platform. You will strip out non-core reporting, empower internal operations with self-serve capabilities, and implement next-generation behavioral risk models. Ultimately, you will help architect the Segmentation Engine and Risk Scorecards into a standalone, generic B2B add-on solution ready to be integrated into third-party back-office systems.

What You Will Do

  • Product Vision & Platform Evolution: Drive the strategy to position PQ as the central player data and risk platform. Simplify the existing system by separating non-core functionality into dedicated external platforms and improving integrations with third-party providers such as Mitec and ClearStake.
  • Operational Self-Service Tooling: Design intuitive tooling that allows operational and compliance teams to configure rules, segments, triggers, and workflows independently, reducing reliance on engineering teams and manual SQL/BigQuery support.
  • Sandbox & Rule Testing Environment: Lead the development of sandbox testing capabilities that allow teams to validate new rules, thresholds, and workflows safely against live or historical data before production deployment.
  • AML & Responsible Gambling Risk Models: Own the evolution of AML and Socially Responsible Gambling scorecards, moving from static rule sets toward dynamic, behavioral, and velocity-based risk scoring models tailored to player activity patterns.
  • AI, ML & Data Enrichment: Explore the use of AI/ML models for predictive risk analysis, fraud detection, and early warning systems. Integrate third-party enrichment providers such as Seon for device, IP, and email intelligence, while supporting automated compliance adaptations where appropriate.
  • API-First & Composable Architecture: Help evolve PQ into a highly composable platform through APIs, webhooks, and external connectors. Replace rigid internal workflows with flexible integrations across tools such as Jira, Zendesk, and external data platforms.
  • Documentation & Cross-Functional Alignment: Bring structure and clarity to a complex legacy system by documenting workflows, modules, and ownership areas. Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Fraud, and Operations stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager managing complex internal platforms, risk engines, back-office systems and API-first B2B SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of rule-based segmentation engines, If-This-Then-That (ITTT) event-driven architecture, and operational workflow queues.
  • Experience in the iGaming or gambling industry is highly preferred, specifically regarding an understanding of AML, SG, and regulatory compliance workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to transition legacy dashboards into actionable workflows and API-first integrations.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI/ML concepts for predictive risk modeling and fraud prevention.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and non-technical operational and compliance stakeholders.
