MrQ is seeking a senior design leader to own the design language day to day and mentor the wider team. You will fix scale issues by establishing disciplined workflows, maintaining the design system, and pushing high-quality craft across campaigns, social, CRM and activations.
You will represent the design point of view in meetings, lead from expertise, and help shape a recognisable, on-brand experience across touchpoints.
