  • On-Site Content Management: Own the day-to-day updates of the MrQ website, including managing lobby banners, featured game categories, and new game releases.
  • Content Calendar Ownership: Manage and maintain the marketing content calendar to track exactly when new games are launching and when specific banners/promotions should go live or be decommissioned.
  • Promotion & Reward Setup: Assist with creating and executing player promotions, setting up bonus triggers, and ensuring rewards are delivered accurately.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Casino team to highlight new content and the CRM team to ensure segment-specific rewards are firing correctly.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2-3 years in a Promotions, Marketing Operations, CRM, or Content Management role, with hands-on experience working with offer set-up tools, CMS/merchandising platforms, or bonus engines.
  • Technical Skills: Comfort with HTML/CSS for on-site content editing, email editing, dynamic content scripting, personalisation logic, QA, and AI Prompting.
  • Tooling Knowledge: Experience with Optimove or a similar enterprise-level ESP/Marketing Automation tool is a huge plus.
  • iGaming Savvy: A solid understanding of the UK Gaming Market and the logic behind bonus offers and player rewards.
  • Organisation & Precision: Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to flawless delivery.
  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools such as Linear, Trello, or Jira to track tasks and collaborate effectively.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a "high-frequency" environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Communication: Ability to work collaboratively across different departments (Tech, Creative, and Product).
