This is a proper EA role. Not diary management dressed up as something more. You are the right hand to the CEO across both business and personal life, ensuring everything around him runs smoothly, efficiently, and without friction. Your job is to create the space for him to focus on the highest-impact work, while you quietly keep everything else moving. Protecting Savvas' time is the highest priority.
What You Will Do
- Executive calendar & operations: Own the CEO's diary end-to-end, managing complex scheduling, travel, logistics, meetings and competing priorities to maximise time and focus.
- Executive support & communications: Prepare high-quality materials, build monthly All Hands presentations, act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, and ensure actions are tracked through to completion.
- Personal & property management: Oversee the CEO's personal investments, Airbnb operations, appointments, household logistics and family commitments with complete discretion.
- Problem-solving & execution: Anticipate issues, manage sensitive personal and financial matters, and resolve challenges proactively with minimal disruption.
- Project & priority management: Adapt quickly to changing business and personal priorities, leading ad hoc projects and ensuring seamless execution across multiple workstreams.
What We’re Looking For
- Executive support experience: Proven experience supporting senior leaders across both business and personal responsibilities, ideally in a fast-paced or scale-up environment.
- Organisation & communication: Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear, confident written and verbal communication.
- Judgement & adaptability: Strong prioritisation, sound judgement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Discretion & trust: Highly trustworthy, discreet, personable, and able to build strong relationships while handling sensitive information.
- Tech & business acumen: AI and tech-savvy, with experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Claude, Slack and similar platforms; exposure to board/investor processes and familiarity with EOS is advantageous.
