We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to shape and scale how learning happens across the organisation. As the business continues to grow, this role will be key in building structured, high-impact development programmes that support both individual growth and company performance. You will work closely with People and business leaders to define a clear L&D strategy, embed a strong learning culture, and ensure our people are equipped with the skills needed to succeed now and in the future. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
What You Will Do
- Define and deliver the company-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals
- Design and implement scalable learning programmes (e.g. onboarding, leadership development, performance enablement)
- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and create targeted learning solutions
- Conduct training needs analysis across teams and levels
- Own and continuously improve the learning infrastructure (LMS, tools, content)
- Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and iterate based on data and feedback
- Support managers in building and executing development plans for their teams
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and growth across the organisation
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Track record of designing and delivering end-to-end L&D programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels of the business
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, impactful learning solutions
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring learning impact and effectiveness
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with learning technologies (e.g. LMS) and digital learning tools is a plus
