At MrQ, we’re building a bold, player-first brand that’s shaking up the gaming scene. Since 2018, we’ve grown fast by doing things differently—think award-winning platform, zero wagering, and a tone of voice that doesn’t take itself too seriously. We’re on the hunt for a Brand & Sponsorship Executive to help bring MrQ to life in the wild. From leading sponsorships and partnerships to amplifying our brand through PR and earned media, you’ll play a key role in how we show up, what we say—and who hears it. This role is hybrid from St Albans office, twice per week from the office.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and support brand partnerships, sponsorships, and PR strategy.
  • Ensure activations show up in high-impact spaces and deliver maximum reach and brand impact.
  • Manage the day-to-day activation of sponsorships and track performance against targets.
  • Drive measurable impact from sponsorships across awareness, acquisition, and sentiment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsorships contribute to FTDs (first-time deposits) and player engagement.
  • Work with agencies and partners to secure earned media coverage and amplify MrQ’s positioning.
  • Support ongoing brand research, messaging initiatives, and strategic brand planning.
  • Assist with the execution of PR campaigns and content amplification.
  • Keep a close eye on trends, culture, and competitor activity—know what’s hot, and help us be hotter.

What We’re Looking For

  • Marketing or brand experience in a fast-paced, creative environment (bonus points for experience with PR, partnerships, or sponsorships).
  • A sharp eye for cultural relevance—you know what makes a brand feel current and credible.
  • Solid understanding of how brand marketing drives business impact.
  • A doer. Someone who can juggle projects, manage stakeholders, and get stuff done.
  • Passion for gaming, entertainment, or disruptive digital brands.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package that recognises your hard work and dedication.
  • Additional leave days, including dedicated birthday leave.
  • Generous four-week parental leave.
  • International health and life insurance.
  • Wellness incentives and opportunities for personal and professional growth with our growth allowance.
  • Flexible working environment.
  • A friendly and multinational team, where collaboration and camaraderie flourish.

We are committed to fostering a workplace that values and celebrates diversity. We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and experiences, and we believe that a diverse and inclusive environment leads to innovation and success. We actively promote equal opportunities for all employees and strive to create a space where everyone’s voices are heard and respected.
