What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain scalable end‑to‑end automated test frameworks for our website and mobile applications.
- Contribute to a platform‑wide automated testing strategy, focusing on reliability, reusability, and test coverage.
- Mentor team members and help foster a strong quality engineering culture across the organisation.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure high‑quality releases and shared ownership of quality gates.
- Perform manual exploratory testing for complex workflows and edge cases.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience in software testing and automation.
- Proficiency with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or similar, using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with CI/CD systems like Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of test strategy, versioning, and test data management.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Solid experience in manual testing, identifying UX/UI flaws, and debugging issues using Postman, browser developer tools, and network inspectors.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with cloud‑based cross‑platform testing services such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
- Experience writing BDD‑style tests using Cucumber or similar frameworks.
- Exposure to mobile testing and device compatibility workflows.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as k6.
- Familiarity with WebSockets, visual regression testing tools such as Percy, and AI‑assisted exploratory testing.
- Experience with unit and integration test automation in microservices or distributed systems.
- Background in Agile/Scrum environments with cross‑functional team collaboration.
