Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver qualitative and quantitative research.
- Conduct interviews, usability testing and other appropriate research.
- Analyse and communicate clear, actionable insights.
- Work closely with product, design, delivery and technical teams.
- Support recruitment, research operations and tooling.
- Help teams embed continuous user research into agile ways of working.
- Advocate for inclusive, user-centred design.
- Communicate complex findings simply and effectively.
Essential experience
- Strong experience as a User Researcher in a fast-paced environment.
- Research planning, roadmapping and delivery.
- Qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Analysis, synthesis and communicating insights.
- Usability testing.
- Working with multidisciplinary and remote teams.
- Influencing stakeholders and demonstrating the value of research.
- Experience working in agile environments.
