SAP Travel Management Consultant required to join a major enterprise client on a long-term hybrid engagement, with 2 days per week on-site in Cambridgeshire and competitive rates.

You'll provide subject matter expertise across SAP Travel Management, travel and expense processes, employee reimbursements and integration with Payroll, Finance and HR, supporting the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.

Key duties

  • Assess existing SAP Travel Management and expense processes.
  • Support solution design and SAP configuration for S/4HANA.
  • Execute testing, defect resolution and UAT support.
  • Support migration and validation of travel and expense data.
  • Ensure integration between Travel Management, Payroll, Finance and HR.
  • Support cutover, go-live and post-migration activities.
  • Provide functional expertise and troubleshoot Travel Management issues.

About You

  • Strong SAP Travel Management experience.
  • Experience with travel expenses and employee reimbursements.
  • Strong SAP Payroll, Finance and HR integration knowledge.
  • Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
  • Hands-on configuration and testing experience.
  • Experience with data migration and validation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
