Inside IR35
SAP Payroll Consultant with strong expertise across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ECC, SAP HCM and S/4HANA HCM to join a UK brand on a remote contract.
UK & Canadian Payroll experience is essential.
100% remote, excellent rates (Inside IR35) & long term engagement
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Core Payroll, ECP, SAP ECC and S/4HANA HCM.
- Good knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management and Personnel Administration (PA-PA).
- Experience across multiple SAP HCM project life cycles and Live Support environments.
- Strong UK and Canadian Payroll experience, including end-to-end and year-end processing.
- Knowledge of UK & Canadian payroll legislation, taxation, statutory payments and compliance.
- Strong understanding of Canadian federal and provincial tax requirements.
- Expert knowledge of Payroll PCRs and Schemas.
- Experience with third-party payroll interfaces/integrations.
- Broader awareness of ABAP, Workflow, BASIS, Security and SAP integrations.
- Ability to work independently and provide effective functional solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
