Program Manager - OSS Programs - Onsite, Greater London
A global organisation is seeking a Program Manager to lead and support a large-scale OSS transformation programme, overseeing governance, budgets, multiple workstreams and key stakeholders.
This will be a Full time permanent opportunity worked onsite, just outside of Greater London
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Extensive experience managing large-scale Telecom and OSS transformation programs.
- Proven ability to deliver complex programs spanning OSS applications, platforms, connectivity solutions and network infrastructure.
- Strong governance, planning, budgeting and financial management experience.
- Experience managing multi-million-pound program budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
- Strong experience working with Cyber Security teams, architects, controls and compliance stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
- Lead engagement with Cyber Security, Risk, Control and Compliance teams to ensure security requirements are Embedded into program delivery.
