Machine Learning Engineer to join to a UK brand on a Hybrid contract in London
Excellent rates (Inside IR35), hybrid & long term engagement.
Model Development: Design, train, and optimise machine learning models that enhance user personalisation, including recommendation systems, ranking algorithms, user segmentation, and content analysis.
Data Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to support feature engineering and model training across large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
Production Deployment: Deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models in production, ensuring high availability, strong performance, reliability, and continued relevance.
Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests and offline experiments to evaluate model performance, validate hypotheses, and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary teams to align machine learning initiatives with business objectives, product goals, and user needs.
Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging research and advances in machine learning, deep learning, and personalisation, assessing opportunities to integrate relevant techniques into existing systems.
Open to candidates across the South of England who can travel to London.
