Project Manager - Mortgage Transformation, Banking - Hybrid, Permanent - Milton Keynes, UK
A global organisation are looking for an experienced Project Manager with experience delivering large-scale mortgage transformation and change initiatives within the banking and financial services domain.
The ideal candidate will have strong mortgage domain knowledge, proven experience managing complex business and technology programmes, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
This will be a permanent position worked on a hybrid basis, 3 days on-site in Milton Keynes, UK.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end mortgage transformation across origination, underwriting, servicing, and customer journeys.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Drive business and technology transformation, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and change management across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery.
Key Skills:
- 12+ years' Project Management experience in Banking and Financial Services, with strong Mortgage (Homes) expertise.
- Proven delivery of large-scale transformation, digital initiatives, and mortgage platform modernisation.
- Strong stakeholder management, project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance skills.
- Knowledge of UK retail banking, mortgage regulations, and lending processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications desirable.
