Key Responsibilities:
- Support and administer Microsoft Entra ID and Okta.
- Manage RBAC, PIM, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access.
- Support Active Directory/Entra ID synchronisation and hybrid identity integrations.
- Administer users, dynamic groups, Enterprise Applications, Service Principals, and Managed Identities.
- Support Okta SSO and CrowdStrike integrations.
- Troubleshoot IAM incidents and maintain operational documentation.
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of RBAC, PIM, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and AD Sync.
- Experience supporting Enterprise Applications, Service Principals, and Managed Identities.
- Good troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
