A global organisation are seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst to support the delivery of AI-enabled transformation initiatives across business processes, digital services, and operational functions.
This position is ideal for a transformation-focused professional with strong experience in business analysis, process optimisation, AI adoption, and digital transformation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying AI opportunities, redesigning business processes, and translating complex requirements into scalable technology solutions.
This will be a Full time permanent opportunity worked on a hybrid basis in London, UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery, assessment, and redesign of business processes to identify opportunities where AI can automate, augment, or transform business outcomes.
- Work with business and Digital stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and define practical AI-enabled solutions.
- Assess AI opportunities including business value, feasibility, process readiness, data quality, governance, controls, and responsible AI considerations.
- Define future-state processes, operating models, and service journeys incorporating AI, automation, and appropriate human oversight.
- Capture business requirements, process rules, decision logic, AI use cases, and success measures to support delivery.
- Create detailed as-is and to-be process maps and translate business needs into clear functional, data, and AI solution requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams, data specialists, architects, and operational stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, practical, and aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and assess technology, automation, and AI opportunities.
- Support the delivery of transformation initiatives from discovery through design, testing, implementation, and handover.
- Promote AI-enabled business analysis practices by sharing frameworks, templates, and lessons learned across the organisation.
Key Skills Required
- Proven experience delivering business analysis activities within digital, data, automation, or AI-enabled transformation programmes.
- Strong experience in process discovery, process mapping, redesign, and defining future-state operating models.
- Experience identifying and prioritising AI use cases that deliver measurable business value and improved outcomes.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation concepts.
- Experience capturing business, functional, and non-functional requirements for technology, data, and AI solutions.
- Experience developing business cases, assessing value opportunities, and defining success criteria for transformation initiatives.
- Ability to assess data readiness, data quality, governance, controls, and process dependencies associated with AI adoption.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills with experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience working across complex transformation programmes with multiple teams and delivery partners.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements and actionable outcomes.
