We are looking for an experienced, organised, and proactive Multi Utility Coordinator to join a well established and expanding Multi-Utilities business based in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with industry experience who is ready to take ownership of a varied and influential office-based role. Working closely with the directors and operational teams, you'll be responsible for coordinating projects, managing commercial and administrative processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the successful delivery of multi-utility schemes from inception through to completion. As the business continues to grow, you'll have genuine opportunities to develop your career, take on greater responsibility, and become a valued member of the management team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate utility design submissions and approvals with multiple network operators.
  • Manage Street Works notices, permits, and Section 50 applications.
  • Oversee project completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Manage utility accreditations and maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate asset adoption processes with utility providers.
  • Administer Health and Safety procedures.
