You will deliver day-to-day technical support, manage devices and user accounts, and assist with the Microsoft environment including Entra ID and Intune.
The role covers Windows 11 devices, Microsoft 365 apps, ITSM incident handling and JML lifecycle management, with a view to extension based on performance.
