We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Programme Lead to take ownership of a major global HR transformation programme. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across the organisation, while also leading the competitive selection and onboarding of a best-of-breed third-party payroll provider.

You’ll work at the centre of our people strategy, partnering with senior stakeholders, managing external delivery partners, and ensuring the successful delivery of a complex, business-critical transformation programme.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading the full SuccessFactors implementation lifecycle across all phases
  • Managing programme governance, steering groups, RAID, budgets and executive reporting
  • Holding implementation partners accountable for scope, quality, timeline and delivery
  • Leading payroll provider RFI/RFP and supplier selection processes
  • Overseeing integrations, data migration, UAT, cutover and go-live readiness
  • Driving stakeholder engagement and organisational change across HR, IT, Finance and Operations

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of Employee Central and wider SuccessFactors modules
  • Experience managing third-party consultancies and complex vendor relationships
  • Strong programme governance and executive stakeholder management capability
  • Experience leading procurement/RFP processes for payroll or HR services
  • Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills

This role requires someone commercially astute, delivery-focused and comfortable operating in complex environments with senior stakeholders.
